The neoteam has been generous this year. There hasn't been a battledome item yet. Last years muffin was terrific.

i think that this year with the advent calendar TNT have been more than generous. The amount of wearable items is just amazing!

I'm still waiting on some battle and defense items though

I had an idea for an advent calendar day, you know..just in case any staff are lurking....

The animations starts off with a zoom in of a kind of creepy house in the haunted woods. Then a zoom in of a window, and lightning flashes. A pet is laying in bed inside, having a nightmare. The room is decorated with poster and typical gothic/emo teenager stuff. Definitely there should be a lot of purple/blue/black in the room. The pet can be darigan, or a jetsam, or some typical really tough kind of pet. The pet is dreaming and having a nightmare about opening a present to find a fluffy pink sweater, or just something totally out of character for that pet. Then the pet wakes up in a sweat and runs downstairs and opens a gift to find

You receive a "fingerless leather gloves"
You receive "spiked strand of tinsel"

Spiked Strand of Tinsel: Ouch, this stuff is more like barbed wire.

Fingerless leather gloves: What all the cool pets are wearing.

I mean, I am really wanting something actually not cutsie for my darigan pet.

The last couple years, there was a day where those who claimed their prizes in the morning got one prize, and those in the second half of the day got a different prize, no? Were the more valuable prizes given in the morning or at night?

I don't like the fact the Christmas Paint Brush was given out. There are a lot of people that buy Christmas PBs just before December (at ridiculously high prices) so they can have a Christmas pet, and now this has effectively caused them to have wasted their money,

I have two Christmas pets that I saved up for, and I'm not too thrilled at TNT for making the NP I spent a waste :roll:

While I appreciate and feel (slightly*) for those who spent ridiculous amounts for a Christmas Paintbrush. I think it's faboo! Since TNT saw fit to delete my to be Christmas pet (aul robin red breast) I didn't bother buying a paint brush, but now I can buy a few. I might even cure yessongs of his large head midget disorder (boochie'd) and paint him Christmas (to get the coat) and blue again (his true calling). ^____^

smudgeoffudge - Brilliant idea. I'd love some biker type stuff for one of my lennies to wear. ;-)

This is the first time that I can remember a paintbrush at the advent calendar. I think its nice that new players can paint a pet now. When I first started playing I found a Christmas paintbrush playing cliffhanger. I really enjoyed my Christmas myncie until I could afford another brush. The neoteam did say something about using the advent calendar to deflate the cost of some items. They meant what they said.

If i'm not making it up, i think they gave out a christmas petpet paintbrush one year...
