Stupid Things You've Done and want to Share with the World

Last night, I switched on the AC while sleeping. I couldn't sleep because it was too hot so I turned the AC higher. Even though the AC is at its highest, I still couldn't sleep because I still felt hot, so I went back to the AC, wondering if it is broken when I realised that the strength of the AC is set at 'low'. I felt really stupid.

seeing as my hair is at a weird moment making me look androgynous, and that I am also try to master an american accent for future acting gigs, I just had alot of people mistake me for a some husky voiced young man >.<

Dude, if you ever get offered a drag role, I strongly recommend you take it. Drag roles are absolutely the most fun thing ever.

eh well i did play the phantom of the opera, which was hilarious fun but i ended up having to give up the role halfway through our tour of the city. My vocal chords were dying and I couldn't risk permanently damaging them so I had to drop out.
I should be auditioning for a role of a gender confused tween this week for a drama production(which is why american accent is still being practiced), but I highly doubt I'll be cast for that particular role.

I run into walls on a regular basis. I usually I just veer sideways into them, since I can't seem to walk straight, but there have been times when I just wasn't paying attention, and ran right into one.

Also, we have this vertical beam thingy in our entryway where there used to be a room divider, and one day I was standing on one side of it looking at something, and I turned around quickly to go the other way, and I smacked right into it. I hit my head and it hurt.

And I somehow managed to accidentally punch myself in the face once. I was sitting on a slightly shallow concrete step, so my legs were kind of closer to my face than usual. I went to lift my purse up by the handle and put it on my lap, and at the same time, something caught my attention, so I turned my head to the side... and my fist holding the purse handle connected with my jaw.

Another time, I was trying to swing my guitar around all cool like I'd seen a certain musician do... only to find that my room is not really big enough, and I'm not really strong enough... and I hit my computer monitor with the guitar.

However, for all my clumsiness, I once somehow managed to climb all the way up a flight of stairs with both my feet asleep... only to fall down as soon as I turned the corner into the hallway at the top.

I also once broke my toe by dropping an electric mixer on it after mixing up a cake. My sister broke hers by knocking the vacuum cleaner over onto it. Clearly we do not mix well with domestic chores.

I've also on occasion tried to cook stuff without actually turning the oven on.

I wear dark eye makeup, but I quite frequently forget that I'm wearing it and proceed to rub my eyes... smearing it all over my face and hands. I also once got vitamin E oil in my eye and couldn't stop blinking all day. And another time I put eye cream under my eyes before I went to bed... all was well and good until I woke up the next morning and rubbed my eyes. It burned.

I also once accidentally sprayed perfume all over my thumb instead of on my wrist. And I have a habit of chewing on the end of my thumb. I kept forgetting about the perfume and then recoiling at the disgusting taste every time I put my thumb to my mouth.

Aaaaand I once was looking at a comic about these mice, and I kept referring to them as penguins, before I finally realized what I was doing.

Incidentally, you'd get along well with my best friend from uni. She appears to be as clumsy as you. This is the friend who sprained her ankle and they went to get it looked at. It seemed fine, but they sent her for an x-ray. While walking into the x-ray clinic, she tripped up the steps. Said ankle? Was now broken. At least she didn't have to arrange another x-ray appointment.

She also has a rather inconveniently placed fire extinguisher that's located a few metres away from her room. It is common for her to message me informing me, "I just ran into the ******* fire extinguisher again!" late at night.

At the second part: I've done that SO MANY times. I did it today.
I also have the tendency to put the eyeshadow applicator in the wrong colour - but today that was helpful XD It actually looked cool.

Lool as a frequent wearer of somewhat darkish eye makeup I can understand the smearing when you rub your eye, or when your in a rush and dont really pay attention to what your doing. I've done that so many times it's unreal

The other day I was at a pool party with some theatre friends so we all jumped into the pool with our clothes on aswell as with wigs and all that. I was wearing my usual dark eye makeup, and went to the party in a light grey dress, so when i stuck on a black wig which had super long hair and jumped in the pool I scared the hell out of everyone when I climbed out. XD
Turns out I seriously need to tan and that I look like one of those scary people from the ring or the grudge

And the fire extinguisher reminds me. Some months back we got this small table and my dad put it in our hallway about two and a half feet from my bedroom door, where I have to walk past it to get to the bathroom. I knew right away that it was a disaster waiting to happen. And yep, I ran into it and broke the head off of a ceramic cherub my mom had sat on top of it.


And speaking of eyeshadow. I accidentally dropped my best eyeshadow applicator down my brother's sink.

And I remembered something else. I put my glasses on top of my head to keep my hair back when I brush my teeth. Well, I had bent over to get some water from the tap to rinse with... and I managed to hook the pump of the soap dispenser on the corner of my glasses, so it came up with me when I lifted my head back up XD

And then there was the time I accidentally drank Pine-Sol. There was a bottle of it sitting on the table. And I had a bottle of Mountain Dew. I sat my bottle down next to the Pine-Sol, but when I went to pick it back up... yep, I picked up the wrong one. And I didn't realize it until I took a drink. It tasted awful.

My friends and I were playing frisbee outside during lunch the other day. It soon went from just throw-the-frisbee-to-the-next-person to race-the-next-person-to-catching-the-frisbee. My friend John and I decided to dive for it at the same time and collided in the most painful way possible. My elbow went into his nose and his knee went into my stomach. I don't even know how.

I signed up for senior pictures today then went to guidance to get a SAT sign up thing. I was in there maybe 5 minutes, and completely forgot what day and time i signed up for. So i had to go look again, then i go back to class, write it in my planner and realize it's on the day of dress for success. Good thing we're not actually buying these...


Also, whenever a friend calls me that dosent normally, I tend to call them other names on the phone. Its strange
