That somehow reminded me of the lyrics to a song from Juno.

Anyways, my favourite cake is probably chocolate. Though especially in summers I very much enjoy layered cream cake(filling cake?) with fresh strawberries and/or other berries. Yummy <3

Cheesecake wins for me!
But if I can't have cheesecake, I'm quite content to settle with rainbow cake - it's what I've always had for my birthdays. My family's tradition is to take Classic White (usually Pillsbury) cake mix and color it (there's an art to doing this in my family), then ice the thing mainly in white icing (with decorations, of course), so that when you cut into it, you get a lot of different colors. So, we call it "rainbow cake."

I've done something like that before, we called it cow cake XD It was meant to be rainbow, but we only had black and white icing and black food colouring at the time :P I've also made green muffins and purple birthday sponge.. what can I say, I like inventive caek

Rainbow cake? Hrmmm, sounds interesting. *Puts chef hat on* Can you please tell me how to make one? I am planning to make a cake for my sister, who is studying in the UK, but cannot decide what cake I should make for her. Now I want to make a Rainbow cake so that I can give her a little surprise when she returns to HK in June. ;)
