Ginny, throwing an absolute hissy fit on the thread, with no attempt to prove your innocence? Yeah, it's not going to work.

Plus, the childish tantrum is, to be honest, getting quite annoying. As you mentioned, yes, it's a game - and it's one that people would like to win. I've been in games where I've been bandwagoned on. Did I start screaming and yelling at people because they voted for me? No, I tried to stop the votes by proving (or lying about, when I was evil), my innocence. And right now, you're being even more suspicious.

Blake is just also suspicious.

All I can think of is the hat is the sorting hat. Why it would be running down the hallway yelling gryffindor I have no idea unless something is attacking gryffindor. It will be interesting to see what happens

Execution, Day 2

Today there were no surprises as everyone made their way into the Room of Requirement after Averly let them in. The room looked the same, except it was missing two chairs. A chair for Christopher and a chair for Missy!.
Pickles spoke as she took her chair from the day before. "I hope you all discovered the identity of the baddies behind these terrible crimes!"
"It has come to my attention," Averly spoke as she made her way to the back of the room where the veil was displayed for all to see, "that they have decided to execute ginny-ROX."
Pickles looked around the room to see various heads nodding in agreement. "Well, let's hope you are correct and that no one else will die needlessly."
Ginny-ROX lept up out of her chair. "I don't have to stand for this! I'm leaving." She announced, making her way rather quickly towards the exit.
"Stupefy!" Pickles called up, stunning her before she could make it out the door.
While she was still disoriented, Averly pointed her own wand at ginny-ROX and banished her into the veil, while the rest of the players watched on in horror.
Interestingly, instead of falling through the veil as everyone expected, ginny-ROX managed to grab ahold of a chair that must have been bolted down several times over.
"What? My wand is clearly not working correctly!" Averly held up her wand to examine it. "Lumos!"
The room got a little brighter. "Well that worked. I wonder if..." her voice tapered off when she saw Pickles' expression. "Sorry but I can't be caught unprepared! You never know what could happen."
Pickles sighed and stood up. "I think we should just adjourn for the evening. Perhaps this was not ginny-ROX's time to go, and I know Averly is certainly too distracted to continue this until tomorrow."

Result: ginny-ROX survived execution
