Yah iv come to a right stump ... i just come back to neopets all ready to play and ahh iv forgot my username... put my email in and something new comes up " Error: For security reasons, we can not retrieve multiple accounts registered to one email address. "

is there anyway i can find my username ? i would know my pass and i know the email but i forgot my username , pets name and even petpets name ... ? is there anyway i could find the username ?

Off hand...not really. Unfortunately, searches only give you exact names, so for instance, if you did a search on "myname" it would only bring up things identical to "myname", so if your username was "myname2" it wouldn't find it.
If you have any friends that you might have neofriended at anytime, they might be able to find you. Might you have written it down anywhere, or received an activation email way back when that you still have around?

im doomed ... i kinda kept myself to myself ^^ and i had wrote down my name and pass but the chance of finding that is like finding £10,000,00 lol ^^ i have 2 other accounts but 1 of them i forgot the birthday i used ( put a fake in for over 18 or so but dunno what ) and other i only just made to read faq and mabey contact them

but thanks anyway ^^ would have been nice if there was away to find account names by IP tho ^^

This has happened to me as well, as for whatever reason when I first joined neopets I decided I wanted to a year older. Trouble was, once College started I used a different "fake birth year"

anyhow, everyone so far has been on the right track, TNT won't be much help--especially when you contact them to tell them you're in violation of their TOS. (Granted I haven't dealt with them since the purchase, and who knows, Viacom may just ask you to fax in a driver's license..gurantee that if you were a premium member you'd be taken care of...)

You can always set up google to scour neopets for you if you remember parts of your user name. Use a * as a wildcard and begin the search with (well, i'll attach the formatting below.)

As for retrieving the birthday, worry about the password first. Once you know that you can log in without being prompted for your birthdate if you get it right the first time that is...if not, just wipe your cookies and start over.

I would then add your birthday to your userlookup. It's a little "risky" I suppose--but as long as you don't broadcast your password, it'll be easy to find whenever you need it.

Other than that you can always file a "lost access" claim to TNT--but be prepared to be questioned about everything you've touched on the site. They'll ask you about your neomails, your SDB, your shop, trades you've conducted, flash game scores--anything they can verify.

If anything else springs to mind i'll shoot you a PM.....but that's about all you can do (I think)...
