I still don't get it. We have to come at a random time to get a goodie bag? I think it would be easier if we search every page on the NcMall and buy them from the page we see them on.

neopoptarts, we go to the main page of the Mall for the bags, which appear at random times. I don't think anyone has confirmed any other pages.
