Wow, don't remember being this lucky with Neo events.
Got all three bags in less than 5 minutes.

I can tell not opening them is going to be a struggle.

UPDATE!!!!

To receive the special prize, you have to OPEN all three bags -- you will receive the prize when you open the third bag!!

It will be a random Halloween item from the NC Mall

the spyder bag just appeared and i refreshed after i got it then the meowclops appeared also!!!!

I got the Haunted Graveyard Background as my item. I got all 3 bags yesterday within 10-15 mins and managed to wait one day before opening them.

I got a Mini Esophagor as my item, but I wish I had gotten a background. Ah well, still love my Esophagor.

I got wings of darkness, which are cool. But I could have gotten that with my free 150nc and was hoping for a background. Oh well, free is free.

I'm really glad that ppt posts this kind of thing, because otherwise I'd never notice a giveaway in the NC mall.

I got a Spyder Web Dress as my nc mall prize.

Really, the spooky food that's actually in the bags was very underwhelming. I had hoped for a more interesting Halloween items.

I think i'll buy the Wings of Darkness anyway with my free 150nc but it wouldn't suit any of my pets at the moment

ANYWHO. Assuming I get my third bag, it will be the first NeoCash item I ever get! Something glitched up on me when they were giving out free NC, I don't have any luck with Expelliblox, and...well, I don't really want to spend any money on it.

Cool, I got the Meepit bag and the Spyder bag back-to-back.

Maybe this has already been addressed, but do free NC items disappear after a while?
