Confused about calculus? Lost in literature? Just need some homework help? Ask away.

(Note: don't ask anyone to basically do your entire assignment for you, or do it if anyone asks. Helping/explaining/giving examples is cool; academic dishonesty is not. 8) )

Could you be a bit more specific in what you need help in? Fifth grade math can cover a wide range of topics.

You probably don't stink at math; you just haven't learned (or been taught) certain concepts yet. Math is very foundational. If you miss one thing early on, you'll have a lot of trouble with more advanced topics. You'll be glad you took the time now to catch up.

Anyway, what do you need help with?

I don't necessarily need help, I just want to EXPLODE. Homework related of course. I know I should be able to do the work, I just can't bring myself to start because it is huge and I have hardly any time to do it in.
I'm just venting really. Sorry if this is the wrong place.

Put it off...put it off...

Seriously though, I wouldn't. I've never been good at sitting down and working till last year when I just had to in order to keep up with the stuff - even then I only did about half the work I needed to. I think the easiest way to do it is just to start on it straight away. Its too easy to say "I'll just go play such and such for half an hour and then do it" and not ever get to step two of the plan. You don't have to take it all in one go, or have to ignore what you wanna do - I just found if you set out by starting the work, then its much easier to take a break and get back to it rather than taking a break straight away then starting it.
