 Post subject: Major problem.. HELP! :'(

Hey.
I've been a long time avid player of neopets for about 7 years, but now I've got a problem and I don't know how to contact NeoPets..
The thing is, my account is babycatjuh, and about 2 days ago I deleted my cookies. No biggie you'd think. But the thing is, I haven't been able to login since.
Even worse, I requested my password but I've never even received the e-mail. Requested it about 5 times now, never received it, not even in my junkbin.
Today, I used the Request Username feature, and I entered the e-mail I created my account with (my provider). They said my username +password were on the way. 9 hours later I still don't have them! I'm starting to get worried I don't want to lose my account, I don't know what to do! Please help me, how can I contact TNT? I'm starting to get desperate :( I don't want to lose all the work I did.. I've never given my password to anyone, I changed it frequently too. How can this happen :(
I've tried guessing it, I came home about 10 min. ago and it said I had used up my guesses after I tried it ONCE :o I don't know what to do :|

Do you have more than one email account? Try requesting passwords for the others, in case you changed it.
I know I've had trouble with Hotmail delaying emails from reaching my account. This seems less likely to happen when I've got the junkmail option off(i.e. having all emails go directly to my inbox). Also check to make sure you haven't accidentally blocked any emails from Neopets--I've done that before and kept emails from ever hitting my inbox at all.
I'm doing a password request on my own account right now, to see if this is an error affecting all users. I'll let you know when I get my email from Neopets.
EDIT: I received mine about a minute ago.

I tried it on my hotmail account too, it said there wasn't an username registered to it. So it has to be the e-mail adres from my provider, though I sure can't recall blocking any e-mails from neopets :(

Edit: Checked the block list, completely empty..

Try setting up a new Neopets account with that same email address? If you receive the account verification email, then something went wrong on their end of the password request. If you don't receive the verification email, then your email account is out of whack.

What if it's out of whack? I don't know how to fix it :(

NOT receiving the activation e-mail either..

I did a bit of searching on PPT, and found that it may be your provider blocking all emails from Neopets. Some providers view Neopets as spam and therefore block it before it ever reaches you. If you have any "safe lists"(a list of email addresses that you want to receive messages from) add Neopets@Neopets.com to it, as that might help.
Other than that, it seems there's not much we can do since it's an issue with your provider. Your best bet is to call your provider's tech support. They can tell you precisely what a 451 error is, and if it's a temporary problem or a permanent one.
If you get back into your account, I recommend getting a Gmail account and changing your Neopets email to that address.

Added it to my safe list.. didn't work :(

Called my provider about 10 min. ago, and they can't help me :/ had to send an e-mail to another department and they send me an automated e-mail that they've received my e-mail but chances are, I won't get a respond..

That's unfortunate :(
Make sure the cookie didn't by chance wind up in your Recycle Bin. (If it did, restore it and change your email address.)
Try using this form to contact Neopets. In the meantime, send a password request each day and try guessing at your password.

Cookies are gone, tried every password. Used the form you gave me, but I'm screwed if they send the reply to my chello.nl account. Really starting to getd esperate now, I'm missing all the fun events (AC etc..)
