Actually, you won't be 16/16 until you clear today's challenge. Good luck with that.
Also, I wrote a bit more in the Neoboards about the game, so I'll just take that and put it back here:
Quote:
I'll copy/paste what I said somewhere else.
It's a lot easier to just circle around (go wide) where the fairies are winding themselves into a coil/zigzag and trap em. Keep calm and take the easier path. For the most part, avoid confronting them directly. The AI may be able to read your movements, but they can't do a thing about it if they're not next to you as you're cutting them off.
That part I wrote here. Then I went on to say:
Quote:
Most of the time, if faced with a large amount of obstacles and a tight space, the computer will go nuts and trap itself, so it's really just a waiting game. Try to hog all the nice empty spaces for yourself. Trap them at your leisure if they're far away, but don't hurt yourself trying!
As a plus, since your ride is slower, they'll run out of room faster than you do, so just watch where you're going and it'll all fall into place. Or slam into a wall. Whatever works.
That part about a slower ride? Pick the space or water faerie flyer. Whatever advantage you may have had with more speed will be compensated by the fact that you won't crash as much because you're not breaking the sound barrier. Also, the opponent will run out of track earlier than you do.
Final tips:
Quote:
After you completely win the first "INCREDIBLY SUPER DUPER FAST SPEED" level, you'll have enough points guaranteed, unless you took reaaaaally long to finish one of the rounds.
To compensate for the added speed, the tooth faerie level (which won't be the tooth faerie level if you picked her, but what do I know) has less obstacles in it.
As before, try to go wide and coil around where she is, and more often than not she'll accidently trap herself at high speed and get crushed before you do, if you are able to keep things calm and focused on your end.

Of course, the name "Faerie Flying Chicken Death Derby" wasn't as well received.
Okay, I just wanted to save that gem cause it's handy to have a response when somebody asks why it's called "Faerie Cloud Racers" when there's no racing involved.
If my tips prove to be unsatisfactory (I'm not a professional, after all), this guy here that I mentioned earlier writes up some really nice ones once he's actually awake. Cause right now, it's a bit too early.
