Snow architecture and a snowball. Today's animation made me chuckle.

Well spotted grabbed!

You've found today's hidden snowflake. Frosty Doughnut

It took me 3 attempts to grab the snowflake (and there are 3 of them!).

I did like the animation, quite funny.

Thanks for the warning, Daze. When I missed the first one, I just started clicking like mad at the height of the second one and caught it. Coffee slushie. That makes 3 gallery items for today (I'm down to under 300 items to sort, and I started out at over 400 -- and I haven't even done today's yet).

Today's animation was cute. The expression on the Krawk's face for most of it reminded me of Sir Hiss from Disney's Robin Hood.

I liked today's animation too. My favourite one so far :).

x

P.S. Oh, that reminds me - Siniri, I've been meaning to say, have you heard of a man called Ben Goldacre? He's an epidemiologist who writes a column about how the meaning of scientific studies are distorted by the press and things. He also wrote two books, Bad Science and Bad Pharma on the topic. Here's a talk he did at TED last year.

Anyway, whenever I see your signature it reminds me of him. :)

Lol. In a Charlie Brown voice, Blue says, "...I got a Healing Potion XVII".

Two days in a row.

Thanks, Jelani! I watched that and a debate on homeopathy he participated in. He's a pretty good debater.

I don't think I quite get what's happening in today's animation, so the lesson is lost on me.

Peach snowflake for me today.

Both characters felt upset at the perceived idea that they weren't getting the gift they really wanted, so they changed parcels. When the gifts were opened, it became obvious that indeed they were given the gifts they wanted, just that they were wrapped differently.

The lesson could be said to be, 'Don't judge a book by its cover', in other words don't prejudge something's worth by what it looks like. :)

Ah, the animation was jumpy for me, and it skipped the part where the different-shaped presents came out of the "wrong" box. I saw the piles and piles of books in the background, and thought they were exchanging gifts, but each had bought something they themselves really wanted, and didn't really want to give it away. Once they opened them, they realized they liked what they got too, and their look was "heh, another book, but we love books, don't we." Or maybe they were worried that they'd gotten another book and might be thought unoriginal, knowing how many books the household already had, but once they opened them and realized they were both books, they shrugged and thought "Well, we're booklovers, after all. This is the best present for us."

Another healing potion XVIII. I had to wait for the live wires to get cleared from my driveway to go to the library to use their internet. But I still didn't miss a day. Fun times.
