My Highscore was just slightly over AAA's. I got it straight away and got my personal best, but I am glad the score needed wasn't much higher.

I went ahead and challenged AAA today, too. Eeked out 195,000 on first game. I thought I would just miss, but I happily made it.

I also follow Siniri's advice on this one: Always play numbers.

ETA: Reminder - Tomorrow (Sunday 8/19) is the last day of DD this year...

I saw the score and was all "Isn't that really high?" Then I clicked on the game.

Hopefully I can beat AAA fairly quickly.

ETA: Woot! 300,300 first game, and I wasn't even playing my best because I don't feel well. So glad today's was easy for me.

ETAA: I just tried to play Attack of the Revenge, Shenkuu Tangram, and Crisis Courier. They were all glitchy and laggy, so I couldn't tackle AAA. It makes me mad because CC I could definitely beat, except the glitches make it impossible. I guess I'll actually try for the library tomorrow.

Wow. No kidding. Did they change the scoring on Kiko Match II, or did i suddenly get good at it? I had a high score of 198, and I'm sure I played more levels than I just did to achieve 315 points. No matter, AAA has been defeated

Yes, KM2 is still completely broken, as Pickles pointed out. I'm already at 800 after round 6 (still only using the regular background color); my previous high score was 715, but that took me into a lot of greens (on top of reds and yellows).

I sent a score of 430 because some people were having theirs reviewed. TNT hasn't updated the high score table since Pickles pointed out the wonkiness. I played it safe; didn't want to be accused of taking advantage of a glitch.

Seems odd that TNT would include a glitchy game, especially considering how easy it is to beat AAA... Ah well. I doubt my score of 315 will be reviewed.

Been pretty busy with family the last few days, but managed AAA's scores without any trouble on day of. Got up to a 1425 on Escape to Kreludor, but just can't seem to get to 1500. Oh well. I've got a headache, am exhausted, and I hate luck games...so...I'll just have to live with it. My bed is telling me that a good night's sleep is much more worth it.

Not gonna lie. Glad DD is over this year. The fact that said end coincides with visitors leaving means significantly less things for me to think about this week, which is much needed.

Blue, I just checked your lookup, and cannot see your trophy. It will say 'Year 15' and should be the last one on the row.

Mea culpa. You're right. My Y15 Silver trophy is not there. I looked at the trophy on my prize page that says "Y14", and saw the "Y14" trophy in my lookup.



It didn't even compute that it should have been Y15. (even though you pointed that out specifically in your earlier post this morning :/)

Dunno when the trophies will be fixed, but whenever they are, I'm looking forward to a shiny gold one to join my lonely ACVIII one on its row.

The stamp you said was "probably worth it", siniri? It's going for 800k at this moment (up 300k from where it was earlier this morning). Why? Because so many people couldn't beat Chadley on EtK. There's even people on the boards who are now referring to EtK as "the game that shall not be named" because they hate it so much.

And that site theme is AWFUL.

There's a ton of people complaining that we didn't get an "extra" prize for doing everything on the day of, or for having beaten AAA's ridiculous scores the whole way through, but really? We did get extra prizes for that. It would've been icing on the cake if TNT awarded us anything past those.

Yep. I've seen people complain, but this is so much better than the old prize system. I probably spent at least 8 hours on EtK. Maybe not quite, but it certainly felt like it. 100k/hour -- that seems pretty worth it now! So glad I persevered! Remember way back in one of the first DD's, when I and so many others were struggling on KM? And that was the easiest day this year. It's funny how things change.

I could sell the stamp, but I think I'll keep it in my SDB. I'm a little surprised we didn't get a ticket for the elephante game for gold, but I view NC prizes as nice surprises rather than expecting them.

Heh, yeah. Back when getting over 700 was actually ridiculously hard. 250 was still pretty easy back then...but still, having changed the scoring right before it was used was weird.

Wasn't that in the rules set at the beginning? It makes sense; You need to beat whomever you challenged to get said prize.
