At this point, I don't really care which time frame they set us on (what we're on now, though, is slightly better as it's light later in the day, and therefore the fireworks are an hour later and don't give my kiddo an excuse for "not being able to get to sleep because of them" on cloudy nights when we can hear them), so long as they'd pick one and just let us stay on it permanently. The time change is awful every time it happens.

Blue, that stinks! The only way to make up for it is to keep spinning, unfortunately... As counterintuitive as it is, the later you get reset, the less NP you lose in the long run, as at least you got more of the higher NP days. I'm sure that doesn't really help in the moment though.

Thanks all. It happens, and in the grand scheme of everything, it is small potatoes. 5 connective days in the "teens" is just under 100k. Besides, I have nothing to spend it on right now anyway, unless the Battle of Merridel Mug appears on the TP again... (~100 million last time).

I am glad to say that the recent awful week has a pretty good end and "clean conclusion." I am far harder on myself than others are. I definitely hold myself more accountable...
