I haven't done a check on the value of all of the cove items, but seeing as they're limited to around 100 total (potentially up to 130 now for some?), I'd guess they're expensive.

Aaaaand a report came out that the person who makes billions with stolen aged accounts at the food club (same person making RL money) has started using said shell accounts to get items from the cove, and has apparently snagged 100 items already in the last few days. Yay for cheaters.

I doubt the items would be deleted and put back in the cove. There's actually one primary person doing the cheating, and they've been brazenly selling the items off for stupid prices (and trying to inflate them otherwise).

The source for the info on the botters is the same that I use for the Obelisk stats. I can give you the info on where to find it, but I should warn you, some of the things they've uncovered might make your blood boil.

Ah. I know your source. TNT could refund the buyers' NP and delete the items after freezing the cheater. But they don't care, even though your source can detect cheating in the AC, they don't -- and yet they freeze non-cheaters who spend hours earning their prizes fairly and trying to help their teams win. Even though we now know TNT could differentiate if they wanted to.

From what it sounded like, it took a lot of time to identify the primary FC bot cheater and make all the connections that were made. I'm not sure that TNT cares about the real cheaters, to be honest. If they did, they would've recognized that someone is making serious money off the site by breaking the T&C and tracked them down by now.

I feel like TNT should just hire that guy to help fix all the security issues and figure out how to actually tackle the cheating. One full-time staff member on security seems perfectly reasonable when it's the foundation of your entire site.
