Well, the page seems to auto-refresh, twice my block has moved while I was doing something else...and as for the squabble for the item, I think neopets determines your rolls right away, before you even get to the "let's toss the dice" thing. That way, they can award the prize right away, and let the losers know they lost, without having to wait for all five people to click thru the pages.

that's my theory, anyway

It seems like the excavation is slowing down. I'm seeing all these symbols hang about for up to 5 minutes. No !@#$% Ra, and I'm well over the 3 hour mark(though to be fair I haven't really been searching very hard this last hour).

...I swear, I just want to hit ONE block. And then you guys wouldn't have to put up with my whining anymore. Win-win.
