Nothing looks different about So-and-so but you can sense something happened. It becomes evident later when it tries to climb a tree but breaks off the branch instead. The ray has increased its level to: 3

I have a Petpet that began its life as a Spyder, but is now, thanks to the Ray, an Island Bearog. If I take the Petpet away from the pet it's with now, will it become a Spyder again, or will it stay as a Bearog?

It will turn back into a spyder if you remove it.

Mine went from a Plushie Slorg to a Blue Krawk :o

You can't turn it into a Krawk pet if it's been labbed into a Krawk petpet.
