My Krawk is 152 cms. But then again, it started out as an Eyrie. That's the only pet I know is way off, I can't tell with my Ruki because it's not added to the chart yet.
At one time I made a chart of about 50-100 some rukis I found in varrious places, because I like the species and was dissapointed to not find any data on neocolors. I never averaged it up since I lost the chart, but roughly they fall within the 56-66, 67 cm-ish range. Weight fluxuates from 50-60's. Sometimes they weigh more than their hight and sometimes a little bit less or about equal.
Surprisingly they are quite tall on the hight chart.

Height : 54 cms. <small but not the smallest - the smallest is about 52 cm
Weight : 66 lbs.
Height : 67 cms. <high average or slightly big?
Weight : 66 lbs.
Height : 67 cms.

Height : 60 cms. <possible average??
Weight : 56 lbs.
Height : 60 cms.
Weight : 56 lbs.
Height : 70 cms. <bigger than most rukis
Weight : 65 lbs.
If your ruki has a hight in the 60-ish range, then your pet is about average.
A side tidbit:
hp seems to range from 10hp to 12hp
strength is quite strong or strong
defence-below average to armured
move: speedy to breakneck
