Two reasons:

-Being strange, I like pronoucing it with an h.

-The first time I saw the word was somewhere on PPT, and it was spelled that way.

w00t w00t. I think with and h it would sound different. Almost like who-ooot, who-ooot. Without the h is sounds more like, woot, woot. Only...not the owl sound, more of a celebrating sound. The h doesn't seem like it belongs, just the H is my name, Sarah. You don't need it, it's Sara, not Sara-Huh.

I usually tend to avoid chatspeak-type spellings but...

I say w00t. I think that's the more "traditional" version, whatever that means ;) And it's more commonly used, I think... 2,000,000 google hits for "w00t/woot" compared to around 112,000 for "wh00t/whoot".

Well I see that its alot like Whoops, which is spelt with a silent H. So I reckon its wh00t :D
