There was a really good Larry Niven story that I read, generally the gist was that all the freeways were made into these free parks where u could do anything you want that wasn't violent, so you didn't really take any jewlery in with you because itd be stolen or whatever. But anyway, one of the mains had a watch implanted UNDER his skin! it was like a digital clock under the skin where a watch would normally be.

I'd so get one. I want one.
