hey, i was looking at the other clubs and each one has a badge from their own club like the astronomy badge that we got. I don't know if this means anything but i thought it was interesting. o_O

yep but it's more like tuesday-thursday-saturday cause the news is updated the night before now.
... but now it's Thursday (in my time zone, anyway). And the day before today was Wednesday... o_O


These updates seem to be confusing the heck out of everyone :o In the beginning, it only updated every Thursday, but I think that was only because they hadn't quite set up what they were doing yet... it seems like they aren't really doing the plot by any set schedule... more like whenever they get tired of watching us squirm with insane thoeries...

I just kinda chill and lurk here until someone finds a constellation and then I go on the hunt.

Key so far has been to just stay on top of the game as possible.

I'm right there with you. I help people catch up...but I don't do the looking myself. Leave that to the others. I'll find my constellations in time!

well the news for the day updates the night before and as the update the news they update altador and the rest of the site so updates for the plot happen on monday-wendsday-friday but in reality they happen tuesday-thursday-saturday.

Can't say I do .. but I do agree that his dialogue isn't changing for no reason. There is a method to his madness so to speak.

you can go through all of our past stuff and see if it's there....or we can walk a newbie through the plot, and have them save the dialouge.

Before finding the Sleeper:

"Argh! Now it's light, and I'll have to go back to mopping instead of guarding this button! Curse you!" But you think he means "curse you" in a friendly way.

The janitor says, "Hm, so you joined an Astronomy Club, eh? That sounds like fun. I wish I had the time to join a club."

After finding the Sleeper:

The janitor shouts at you, "HEY! Stop leaving the lights on in the observatory! It's wasteful! I CAN'T STAND WASTEFULNESS!! RAAARGHH!!"

After finding the Dreamer:

The janitor says, "Those lights above each statue sure are pretty when they light up. I wonder what they mean?" He shakes his head. "Oh well, too much cleaning to do, no time to figure it out."

After finding the First to Rise:

The janitor shouts, "HEY! What's the big idea putting your grubby hands all over the windowsill?! I have to clean those things, you know! Were you raised in a barn?!"

After finding the Farmer:

The janitor says, "It sure is interesting watching those lights on the ceiling light up. What are you getting up to in that observatory, anyway?"

I'm guessing the quotes must be random, because the Dreamer and Farmer quotes that Cilian posted were reversed for me.

Are you positive? I was quoting someone else with those, but mine have all been the same. And I know that the janitor sayings get discussed each time and everyone seems to have the same one at the same time.

you are the first person I have heard of that had different quotes from the janitor.

Has anyone else had quotes other than cilian's during this plot?
