It really depends where you live.
Some areas or neighborhoods aren't very good ones, while others are. But if he came to my area, he'd have to probably get some kind of protection or weapon if he went to certain parts of town.

And the similarity between them all is that a simple "What's up?" will end almost any fight.
But have you lived next to nosy neighbors? Sometimes the only ways to stop them reporting you to the police are to kill them, or kidnap them and drive them to another state, then leave them naked next to the highway.
