No real set time, can be anywhere from a few minutes to a day maybe more. Sometimes there are minor glitches after the main one gets fixed too. Its all just one big waiting game, that one of the reasons PPT is so great though, we can all seek refuge here while Neo is all glitchy
My inventory on hand is fine, it's my shop that's dead I got a gift (Meepit Drawers) for my birthday today, I was going to display it, and it disappeared! I wanted to make sure I didn't just put it somewhere else on accident, got a rotten berry and did the same - all gone! I wrote a bug report, so hopefully I'll get the drawers back
I have my items in my inventry and SDB. I checked using 1np item and they went to my inventry and SDB ok but not my shop but hey it was only 1 np. Hopefully the shops will be back soon, I love my gallery It was almost complete

Just a guess, but it looks like they've lost (or rendered inaccessible) the item instance table. This means that everything that would give you items will error out (at some point or other), but the rest of the scripts should be OK (meaning you can collect your bank interest, play games to earn NP...). HOWEVER, if you attempt to move (or get) an item, you'll most likely lose it (as, to prevent item cloning, the records are first deleted (which goes through fine), then created (which doesn't)).

Since something like this has happened in the past, our items will come back once they are able to restore everything (since everyone is effected one way or another by this.)
