EDIT: Now that I think of it, and I look at it closer... I don't think those are the shields, but more than likely the icons that will be used in the news and the war room on the current opponants....

Edit, nevermind....mine is the same, I can't choose either.

Are you sure you read it right? Mine says that too but if I look at the
theives side it aludes to choosing them. Did you click on one or the other?

Well, I didn't get to choose a side -- the site did it for me! I went to the recruitment page, it wouldn't load, I refreshed, and when it came up I was a Hannah supporter. So... uh, go Hannah! I guess. ;)

This can't be right, they only gave people about an hour before they just arbitraily made us go to one side?

This makes me so mad that if this is a glitch and they fix it, I"m signing up with the bad guys.

I think it's a glitch. I just hope we really are at least one one side and not stuck in some kind of limbo -- other people have been reporting that they got a message about "thanks for choosing a side," but I still have the "choose wisely" message at the top of my screen even though it says I'm a Hannah supporter.

They better fix this, anyway.
