I quite enjoy it - after the initial difficulty, it gets easier once you know how to score, so stick with it!
And I'm annoyed now, because I love Meridell, and want to stay with them, but every other team I try is so much better! Especially Roo Island! Growl. On the one hand, I want to stay with Meridell, but on the other I don't.

Well, Roo Island felt considerably faster than Meridell, and, according to the team descriptions (which I read because I enjoy that sort of thing), each player has their own description - so some are fast, some are powerful, and some are merely average. And, according to the general description, Meridell is a fast side, but with little power or accuracy. And I can see that - Roo Island appeared faster and more accurate, and in my last game with Meridell I hit the post six times in a row.

Whoohooo! 7-0! Take that, little jelly/ice scum!
I'm getting the hang of this game.
When the actual tournament begins it'll probably be more difficult, but right now you ony have to learn a couple of moves and you can crush the other team (unless you get ine of those pesky faerie balls).
Oh, and the Tyrannian team rules (I haven't tried any other though)

It would be nice if the keepers were automatically controlled, like many football-style games (even though I appreciate this isn't football).
And those Faerie Yooyu's are annoying - they have a habit of curling the wrong way for me, and always manage to just miss the goal.

Just out of interest - what formation does everyone use? I stick to the 2-2 one.

One thing I've picked up you can deselct all your placers and click somewhere to start a player running there, then you can switch to another player while the first is running
I prefer 2-2 Left

1+3 is a big no-no for me(I used it when I started playing and I never reached the rival's goalposts)
I might try 2+2, it seems people get good results with it
Is that three defenders or three forwards? I can never tell. I'm used to the football version, of going from defenders to forwards.
And it would be nice if you could design custom formations. I don't like the fact that my two defenders are wide - I'd prefer them to be in the middle, and have one of my forwards behind the other in the middle. Much better.

I tried with three forwards, but I couldn't cover the defence sufficiently with it. I only need one forward really, so I might try a 3-1 formation.
And I don't think submitting a score does anything at the moment - I think it's just for practice at the moment.
