Agility is useful at least for someone who needs a 100% stealing item.
Heavy robe of Thievery. You need 200 agility stats and over 100 of intelligence.

Out of my three pets, the one with the highest agility is 34 (GREAT) and that's with daily labbing for over 6 months.

I got it from labbing, faerie quests, and kitchen quests. The Chef seems to increase movement a lot.

It does come into play sometimes (remember the sand moving?)
