I also have a jetsam to fight.

I also have a question about the Jester avatar. I got him into hysterics, but I didn't get the avatar. Are you supposed to get the avatar when you get hysterics or is that random too?

Some say its random, some say you need to be using the Peophin joke when you have him in hysterics. Some also say that its random if you use a joke other than the Peophin and not random if you use the Peophin joke.

This has probably been asked before.
But is there a site I could go to that shows all the available avatars with the pictures and/or categorys, where its easy to figure out how to get them, etc.?

I've used the Peophin joke consistently, gotten the king into hysterics, and not gotten the Jester avatar. I've gotten the Moody avatar using it, though.

So it would appear that "Some say its random" would be the correct view. There just doesn't seem to be any consensus with what people believe is the correct way to get the avatar.

Which ISPs aren't blocked by Neopets? I'm trying to send the "I Love You" neogreeting for the Valentine's Day avatar. So far, AOL, Hotmail, Operamail and a local company are blocked.

Try Yahoo! I know that when I had an e-mail account there, I was able to get Neopets mail. Then again, who knows these days. Worth a shot though.
