Mine actually started the count over at one point, then caught up with the right amount on another page load.

The same thing happened to me when I used the Back button.

The dang Neocharge thing really does increment every time you reload a page. That HAS to be adding server load. That plus (a) plot, (b) Friday night, and (c) April Fool's = sloooooooow loads. Bleh.

Mods chose your thread to be locked, because there were multiple threads open. Five in total including this one. Which one stayed open or not, hardly matters. It is up to a moderators choice on which thread should stay open. By looking at the numbers, this thread probably had more posts at the time of locking, hence why it was locked. It is hardly something to make an arguement out of.

And I will point you to the Forum rules.

Respect the staff and comply with their wishes

There was no reason to edit that into your post. What does it matter whose thread stays open in the end? It's all the same discussion, and all about the same thing. And posting this is honestly quite insulting, because you are questioning the staffs decision.

If you feel to continuing with this discussion, PM myself or another staff member.

It's April Fools in New Zealand, at least.

However, I doubt that it is an April Fools joke -- I believe most have been made on the actual April Fools for NST? I may be wrong, however, I have an awful memory on that sort of thing.

However, their page for it has undeniable logic... *Squints*

EDIT: Ooh wait. Tomorrow's Saturday, meaning they won't be on, and thus today would be the perfect day to put it on. I see. o-o
