There are quite a lot of areas around Altador that could become links - such as the house similar to the Temple on the bottom right-hand side. If it is the Thief next, then I'm guessing that that's where we'd find him - it just looks like a convenient hideout.
But, where would we expect to find the other ones? The Wave would be likely to be hidden in the sea (as the nice nearly-April Fool joke so kindly suggested). Maybe the Gatherer would be hidden somewhere on the farm, a la First to Rise.

The warrior could be located in the Coliseum.
I have seen the Colliseum (not sure how to spell it) on the map, and that is very likely. So, thats the Wave, the Thief (possibly), the Gatherer (possibly), and the Warrior. Could it be that the Collector could be the one who has taken the books from the Lenny ('collecting' them)? And if so, does that mean that he could be in the Archives? Maybe we'll see the 'library' open.

Oo. I see it. The figure-thing is on the aquaduct wall leading up to the Magical Marvels. The 'figure' is between Illustrious Armoury and Magical Marvels above what looks like a dirt pile.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but the figure on the pillar, I'm pretty sure, is just a bit of the roof from the shop behind.

Have only just noticed that. I don't think it's a figure, but it may be somewhere where another constellation could be found
okk dude, hes right on top of the waterduct! i mean, even tho its really small, u can tell hes on top of it, and its way to small to be the roof of some shop!

Yeah, I know what you mean now. I was looking at the four vertical pillars immediately surrounding the Hall of Heroes. On the top of the north-eastern one, there is a sort of small smudge, which is from the roof behind. Again, I don't think that it would be a person. It might just be a little detail that TNT put in to make it appear more realistic.
