Maybe all the artists are really slaving away on finishing the plot prize images and stuff? >3 Yes. that would explain the mass 'vacation'.

They're all at Comic-Con in San Diego for the weekend. I'm not going this year, alas... it would be cool to meet shoomlah (who says she will be dressing as a pirate!). Plus, Comic-Con is just fun.

I really like the news. The pet rock how-to-draw is really funny. I hope they leave that background and all the badly-drawn items as they are, too!

Yeah, I guessed they might, but it'd be wrong to make a post without mentioning the plot prizes. XD I wish I could go to Comic-con sometiem myself.

I really wish I had gone to Comic-Con, because I would have seen this:

Hee, I have't been following the whole "Lost Experience" thing, but that's cool. It's definitely more fun than the usual Comic-Con questions. I can't tell you how many times I had to listen to someone nervously give a way-too-long speech about their love for the show/actors/etc., then ask a ridiculously complicated question that the actors would need to have repeated and then would end up answering in a really boring, stock-answer kind of way anyway. And don't get me started on the ones who brought gifts!

The artists should be back in the office now, no? I want some decent news... and pleeeease, cup and/or plot prizes!

Yeah, the coolest part was when she pointed to each of the writers and said "You have blood on YOUR hands!" several times, because there were clues on their unusually large bracelets. But anyway, I want plot prizes too!
