i know! i found mine in there too!!
glad you could get back!

Yeah that page is hard to get I think I clicked on every bit of the papers on the desk, finally got it.

On a different note who here thinks that Dr. Edward Alexander is that Krawk Who started all the trouble in the first place?

(Me Me Me waves hand frantically in the air)

This took em forever. By the time I realized I needed the lamp I had gone halfway through the asylum and it took me forever to find my way back.

I do! I had to go backa nd check, but his eye color in the journal matches the one from the comics.

i just kept clicking in everything i see and thats how i got all the things (exept for the page 4 that i have to return to get)...
i dont know how i clicked on one of the zombies and i scared them away hahahahaha
Just being myself.... its hard you know!

Finally got my bone dug up. I was clicking the right spot... I just had to visit the Zomutt first before I could dig up the bone.

I got to the "To be Continued", can someone confirm there are only 5 journal pages to find?

No wonder I missed that. Awesome reference. :roflol:

Huh, and I actually started working on the anagram too. :P What's it referencing?
Oh, everyone thinks I'm crazy, just 'cause I try to warn people about the face-sucking aliens headed for Earth. Yeah, laugh now, have your face sucked off later. When the aliens come, I'll be the only one left with a face, and I'll be using that face to laugh at all of you, even though I'll be sad.

Monty Python and the Search for the Holy Grail.

MAYNARD: It reads, ‘Here may be found the last words of Joseph of Arimathea. He who is valiant and pure of spirit may find the Holy Grail in the Castle of uuggggggh’.
ARTHUR: What?
MAYNARD: ‘... the Castle of uuggggggh’.
BEDEVERE: What is that?
MAYNARD: He must have died while carving it.
LAUNCELOT: Oh, come on!
MAYNARD: Well, that’s what it says.
ARTHUR: Look, if he was dying, he wouldn’t bother to carve ‘aaggggh’. He’d just say it!
MAYNARD: Well, that’s what’s carved in the rock!
GALAHAD: Perhaps he was dictating.
Gone, forever.

Whoot!! That was a fairly easy step - I wish I could have been online when it was released.

*nods*

I don't like easy steps though, I want more hard ones

I did find all the journal pages amusing, I also got the monty python reference, I now have a sudden urge to go and watch the holy grail.

I just found out something interesting - you can move on to this step without doing Sophie's Lab step.

So it looks like the potions part will be worth points - those who don't or can't do it wont get the points but can move forward.

TNT has definately thought this plot through - many new ideas in it. :)

would like to applaud - what is the clap emoticon?

I agree with the Krawley observation.. They both seem to have the same description, and both have 'magic elixirs'

But why would the krawk lead Gilly to the asylum?

Hm...

Maybe.. (Speculation)
The krawk is Mr. Alexander, and was sent to try helping the patients with this miracle cure.. The cure did the trick, so the krawk left after the three days at the asylum.. He then headed to Neovia itself, to sell off this miracle potion, without knowing that it had really bad side effects.. By then, it was too late, and people started turning to mutants and the asylum patients went even more crazy, so the krawk had to escape..

But that doesn't explain why the people in Neovia disappeared to start off with..

Whee, thank god. And there I thought I wouldn't be able to get Journal 2 and 4 after seeing that 'continued' sign. (If Neopets will score this plot I'm -sure- missing a page would give fewer points)

And it's possible that the "HELP I'M TRAPPED IN A ___ FACTORY" is a reference to this xkcd comic, http://www.xkcd.com/c10.html :

(but I think this might be yet another reference to something greater)

I'm pretty sure we're supposed to conclude that the krawk is the same potion guy, and all the inhabitants of Neovia disappeared on Halloween due to the Spirit of Slumber's "cure".

Cats are smarter than dogs. You can't get 8 cats to pull a sled through deep snow in the freezing cold.
