I have reaaally enjoyed this contest becuase it has really made me think outside the usually 'box' of set making.

This is a primary version of the sig, it's not what I had first imagined so I might change it because it's not animated, I was just having a lot of trouble with developing my idea without using a box shape. Whats, more important to you, no box, or animation? But yeah, even if I don't totally change it I might tweek it.



The subtext is meant to be about mystery pic, but I think you have won once and its not much to do with the set, sooo I will hopefully change that part of it when I can think of anything (feel free to make your own comments if you wish).

Man thats a lot of writing for a simple sig submission. I probably made a ton a of typos too.

EDIT: Becuase I am stupid and life is full of random happiness ( ) my computer crashed without a PSD file of that sig I made (I know, it's so stupid, how could I save it as a gif before a psd??). So any alterations to the subtext will probably look really crappy. I am resting my hopes on you liking the subtext, but yeah, I can't exactly expect that with such a crappy subtext. Now to figure out how to make the av...

EDIT 2: I redid the lupe (so he is transparent and ready to go), so if I can think of a good subtext or you can suggest one, I might just make the whole sig again.

I like the subtext, mostly because it never actuallys says WHAT I'll win and I really like the starry background. The main focus of judging will be animation related, but artistic beauty is never ignored. What is appreciated most in your piece is that the graphic is not the most commonly used one and is applied in a lovely way.

...I know it doesn't quite fit everything you want it to fit - ie no humour etc, but... I drew a blank on most of that stuff, and just wanted to make something that would look nice - This is my first try with both transparencies AND animation...
