I'm in a similar situation with my lab pet, unfortunately. There's no worthwhile step up from the Greater Healing Scroll without going for a species healer, extremely pricey percentage healers like the Bag of Healing Dust, or(if you've got high intelligence) the Crisp Blue Tunic or the Short Sleeved Yellow Tunic. As a stopgap until you can afford those, picking up a Velms Healing Potion might be your only route--it heals 10% of your maximum HP, which is more than your Greater Healing Scroll at this point, but still probably won't be worth using most times. On the plus side, it's also extremely cheap.

Oh wow I had no idea Velms Healing Potion existed! I'd heard of the BoHD but didn't want to pay for it (I'm so cheeeeap!) but there is absolutely no downside to me switching out my GHS for VHP. 60k+ profit, more healing power that will only grow with the lab, doesn't break or depend on chance... Wow! Thanks! :)

I probably still won't use it much if at all, but at least it was a good switch!

Another option if your willing to stop labbing till this plot is over is to get a Elephante Transmogrification Potion and Elephante Unguent. Its a 50% healer and costs aprox 120k, the trans potions are running about 150-160k. You could always sell the unguent when the plot is over and only be out 150-160k. The only downside is having a fat ugly pet for a while :)

Edit: Was looking at the Velms healing potion and found the Jade Elixir, its a 100% healer and only costs 4k more. I still believe that its more cost efficient to use the elephante unguent if you are going to be fighting a large number of battles like the current plot or a battledome tournament. Also have seen the trans. potion for under 100k at times making it an even better deal.

Nah, gonna keep labbing. The entire reason I'm labbing the pet is to get a Robot Lupe (been like 4 years now, PLEASE TNT?!?!). And the Jade Elixir is single use, so I might use a few for DoN or a big war challenger, but not as part of my usual set which is what I was asking for. :)

Oh jeeze I don't know. Maybe BoHD when I have enough to spare to even it out with some nice main attackers. I'm just such a cheapskate, it's hard to be a battler!

Yep that's the only annoying thing about battles during wars. Ah well... it can wait. :)

I want to upgrade my Scarab Ring to something that does more damage. I'm currently looking at Golden Compass and Makeshift Ships Hammer, but other suggestions are welcome. My budget is 150K.

Here are the stats for my pet:
Species: Draik
Level: 15
HP: 28
Strength: 26
Defence: 20
Move: 13

Here are the weapons that I currently have:
Purple Sticky Hand
Scarab Ring
Fighting Folder
Ylanas Blaster
Leaf Shield
Downsize!

Twlor - sell your two swords and upgrade to dual y-blasters while they're cheap. Also sell your green SS and get a greater healing scroll.

I'm looking to advice too. When is a good time to upgrade from my SSYT to a CBT? I have 200hp atm which will stay that way for a while since I'm training all my other stats to be even with that and will take a while.
