Ugh. My body crashed hard after work and a short hike yesterday, and I ended up sleeping from 9? until after midnight... Got up to brush teeth, and couldn't fall back asleep until nearly 6am. My cat helpfully woke me up at 8, and I kind of dozed until nearly nine.
