When do you guys reckon Neopets will post the next step?

Well, I'm leaving EARLY tomorrow morning for my son's field trip to New England and won't be returning until LATE Tuesday. So, that means TNT will probably post the next step while I'm gone because I won't have internet/computer access until I get back

when i got to the smugglers cove it just says that nothing is ther and i dont get an item or anything... what am i doing wrong?

Dont feel bad, have litteraly checked hundreds of times and never see anything for sale.

I did it!! Now it's time to go cram for finals >.> I hope they wait until Wednesday to update the plot, for my GPR's sake. *has no self control*

Scince this is my first ever plot (I didn't want to participate in the Altador one), could someone explain to me why we're all fighting the monster 500 times? xD

500??? i'm up to 120 and finding it very boring.... is there a quicker way like refreshing the page or some trick that you guys know? i know i can beat this guy a lot more than i have already its just if i can be bothered now!!!

basically when you get a plot you usually have to fight someone, the more you fight the better the rewards... you don't have to fight it's just a choice

During the last plot some of us foolishly lost to the mayor many times killing our BD stats. Here is a easy way to get them back up

Not one that I know of. I'm coming up on 600 and what it's taken is a lot of computer time and patience.

If I recall correctly, in the Tale of Woe plot they had win limits. After you reached a certain numbers of wins against each the battledome challengers, subsequent wins stopped counting. The first time they did that was in that plot.
I don't know whether there'll be win limits in this plot, but it's possible.
I don't mind if I don't get any credit for most of my wins, though. I just like squishing these things.

I wish they didn't have these huge wars, until they update the Battledome system.

Battledome = Most boring part of Neopets.

Can't earn anything from it, either.. Other than in plots.

The only shortcut I used was when the battle finished and it says "You have won this fight!" instead of clicking continue or whatever that button is, I hit back and then clicked the link to challenge the monster again. Less page loads = faster.

Other than that, I:
1. Used Drain Life at the beginning of the battle to drain him of like 85hp right off the bat (with downsize and leaf shield because he will always use weapons on the first turn, pwning you if you don't have your HP in the like 500s or more).
2. Then burrow with 2 strongest weapons.
3. Then if he hasn't used up all 3 of his attackers yet, use strongest weapon plus leaf shield plus defend.
4. Then after all his items are gone, use 2 strongest weapons and berserk until he dies.
5. Rinse and repeat for hours upon hours, then collapse into a lifeless pile of a Neopian. ^^

This is definitely not a huge war.. this is one small battle. Nothing to get too excited about.

I consider a war to be anything that involves the battledome.
