You are the Kaijuville guy. I was wondering who that was and how to repay them.

Did so. You're unemployment is down to 0% again.

We've had a ton of factories open lately - I'm thinking we need to focus more on Transportation, since we're still at 100%. I'm going to switch to doing transportation instead of factories unless we've got unemployment, cause it'll be nice to see something below 100% - and especially when we're probably getting close to having a fourth link coming.

Edit: I'm adding the transportation link to my sig to see if we get extra from all the lurkers for the plot. ;)

I just checked this: we'll be able to increase security at 300 people, so start spreading the word about this!

Thanks for clicking my link. :)

You have to have a population of 100 to add transportation, right?

300 for security? Yeesh. I hate to think how much you need for environment and business....

Rank 230!

I just added another factory, because I didn't read the topic first. I'll get to work on transport soon, though.

I think we should add more population too. Then we can see what needs work. Like, get to a certain number and then start adding roads and factories and stuff. :)

Thing is, if we add too much population, we'll never catch up with the roads. I've got this feeling that when we get to 300, we're going to need to get security taken care of quickly, or bad things might start happening...of course, I could be wrong. :)
I think we're getting close to the point where we'll start seeing that 100% start to drop - there's a lot fewer places that need roads now!
Also, if unemployment (lack of factories) gets too high, people start leaving. :(

Edit: 250 people, rank 224, but unemployment just went to 1%.

1% isn't too bad, but it seems to me that what we're trying to do is to make sure everything is perfect - transportation at 100%, unemployment at 0%, etc. - and then if everything is peachy we add people.

Which means we need to check this thread before deciding which link to choose, and people who are clicking should post in the thread with stats and recommendations.

Right?

Right?

Well, we lost a person when unemployments was at 3%, so we hafta watch it closely.

The %'s from what I've gathered is an indication of a need: if it's at 0%, that's good. 100% is bad. In the case of transportation, there is a HUGE need for all the roads to be built. On the positive side, we haven't seen people leave over road conditions, but yeah - some of those poor people don't even have a dirt path to their houses.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong about 100% transport being bad.

But for the rest of it, right ;-) Checking here would be good. I know Kym has a link to the population increase in his siggy, and I put a transportation one in mine (which seems to be helping - I think plot guests *might* be clicking on it).

Unemployment, however, is back to 0%! to whomever gave us a factory!

I dunno. I've looked at cities ranked higher than ours and they all have 86% transportation or higher with low unemployment, criminality and pollution. I think 100% transport is good.

Heh, maybe they're just skippin' out on transportation, cause people don't leave for a lack of it. :P

I don't think so. You don't see them leaving because of pollution, and I don't even think you see them leaving because of crime. And yet criminality and pollution are similarly low.

Besides, think of the connotations of the words. Unemployment, pollution and criminality are all bad things, but transport means people can get from place to place, which is inherently positive. Believe me, our transportation network is fine.

Also, environment can be increased at 500 and business at 1000.
