More snow today. I don't get our weather. The ground was frozen, it came down as snow and stayed below freezing... And yet all the roads and sidewalks are sheets of solid ice, to the point that cars were abandoned (blocking salt trucks, though it's too cold for that, and our handful of plows) and people are literally ice skating on some of the streets. How? It's in the teens! Why can't snow just be snow?????
