Has this already been found? If not, then could the trading card have something to do with it. (NB: Checked the trading card checklist, but it wasnt listed.)

That pic was first released as a desktop background to coincide with the release of the dopey Scamander Swarm game on September 1st

EDIT: Are the Ruki's still giving out furniture?

Yup, I am thoroughly convinced an autobuyer has been put into the Money tree, for a little while there I was able to grab the Scamanders (but they slipped away), but now I can't even grab one. (And I'm running on a DSL, clicking the instant the link is available to be clicked - even morphing potions in the magic shop don't sell out that fast)

Has this been confirmed? The Fortune Teller mentions the Trading Post as well. Does anyone think it is significant?

does anyone know of any empty spots for scroll racks on the first floor? i'd rather not wander for hours if i dont' have to. and i've nearly gotten my hands on a scamander about ten times, but they all squirm away. is the money tree the only way to get a scamander? are we sure that's where the ones on the tp got theirs?

I don't know about an auto-buyer but I can confirm that as well. I caught one earlier (yet it slipped away). Now I can catch anything BUT a Scamander at the Money Tree, and I am even clicking BEFORE images load.

I think the thievery has stopped. Oh well, I'm going to hang out with my Lamp Stand inside the Pyramid anyways, maybe it'll still count for points.

Well, I can't catch anything, but I am clicking before images load too.

I started at floor 5 and worked down to the basement checking everywhere and didn't see a single chalkmark, I reckon we're finished. I tried to kick the ID but it's related to those scamanders and too slippery to get hold of. *shugs* dunno what to do now, but I think that moving the sand and the blocks and the furniture was a cakewalk compared to how difficult it will be it fill these racks with scrolls if that's what the next task is :o

So where do you think we get the scrolls? From our temple libraries? Do we bring em out 1 at a time?

No, the money tree isn't the only want to get a scamander. They are Lost Desert petpets and were sold in the Lost Desert petpet shop. They are very rare, so they weren't sold often. I'm sure this or some related way is how the people in the trades got theirs.

I hope you're right but I still can't help thinking of the last Lenny Conundrum, analagous to furniture-making from a block being carved "infinitely." The answer, assuming hours, is:

139 hours = about 5.791666 days

According to Milfred's first post Re: Furniture moving @ Fri Oct 07, 2005 20:28 (NST) it adds like this so far:

Oct 7 = 3.5 (approximate)

Oct 8,9,10,11 = 96 hours

Oct 12 = 18 (almost; so far)

Total = 117.5 hours approximately (and we appear to be almost done)

If not tonite, then tomorrow, hopefully. :)
