HALLELUIH!!!!

I've just been given my account back

All my weapons were sold off, but luckily I still have the 6.5million in np that they were sold for.
Unfortunately, they seem to have frozen my wifes account in return

Luckily she hasn't been hacked, so her 558 plushies in her gallery are safe

Thank you everyone who was trying to help me, I'll never forget what good friends you all were.

Now to try get Arogance1 the now-golden Shoyru back.

Congratulations! Except for the "wife's-account-got-frozen" part, which... wait, why did they do that? o_O

I really hope you get your Shoyru back, especially before h... she changes species. And I hope your wife's account gets sorted out, now.

He's on the same account that hes been on for about a week or so, but the mutant lenny is new.

Shannovile has said he has allegedly spent over 8 million on the pet already, not including weapons so he won't give it back.
I offered him all the money in my bank, even though its not allowed, cos I just want my pet back

You did get your account back!

Advice would be to report the Neomail to TNT.

There's probably not much of a chance to get arogance1 back from him/her, so be ruthless. Get TNT to freeze his/her account. Send a nice Neomail to a staff member that arogance1 used to belong to you. See if you can get it back. There should be proof that it used to be in your account.

It doesn't have to be Neomail, E-mail and Snail Mail should work perfectly fine. Just make sure you can include what happened to arogance1 when she was in your account, i.e. any equipments, latest lab ray changes, any recent stat boosts, etc.

What did he do, gold plate arogance1 and stuff him with diamonds?

Frankly, that email is extortion. And it breaks the rules against selling pets. I'd report it.

I agree that that's total extortion but I'd hold off on reporting it, unfortunately you already offered NP for the pet, which means if you report him there's a good chance it'll come back and bite you.

Glad you got the account back, although I think you may have to get started on a new pet.

Well, he won't know he's reported until his account is frozen for selling pets. He won't have the Neomail then.
