WARNING: Lots of Glitches!!

I was wondering if anyone knew how long it tends to take tnt to take care of glitched np? I know for some people it was a long time, but on average?

Edit: Also, do you get notified if they fix it? Because I just checked my bank and it's 19200 less than what my excel worksheet says it should be, which is the amount I had extra. I'm hoping it really is fixed but am still worried...lol My worksheet has been off before, so I'm not sure how much I can trust it. I wish I could remember what my bank balance was before.
