I've played some tonight. When it doesn't lock the browser window up, it's pretty fun. The np and items are cool too. Hopefully it'll even help slow inflation a bit, especially with the codestones it's been giving out. I know there's a limit to the number of keys you can redeem a day, but does anyone know if there is a limit on the np it gives?

I like KeyQuest when I actually get a chance to play it... but it frustrates me to no end. To put it simply... I suck at the game. I've never actually FINISHED a game. When I do get to play I'm never with newbies. While I sit there, rolling 1's and 2's, the other players fly around the board collecting keys and totally owning me at the mini games. I don't know if its my computers or just me, but I simply can't get more than a one/five points. Both of my computers (desktop and my laptop) lag insanely during almost every game and my turn gets skipped. Its more than a little bit irritating. *sigh*

On the plus side... it is fun trying to learn how to play...

Edit: Whining on a fan board is the best way to up your game skills. After posting this, I gave the game another try and won. Lost all the mini games, but earned a gold key. I got a Super Icy Negg, Orange Grundo Wardrobe, Ogrin Survivor, and a Veiled Autumn Hat.

Woah, I just estimated how many NPs I'd have by Monday if I kept playing KQ, and it totaled to like 150k! That's more than I can get RSing in three days!

I am terrible at the looping the bug games, I am not sure if its me or my mouse. The other two mini games I do pretty good at.

Unless my browser lags, I can usually win the Petpetpet Circle and Nova Matching games, but I am terrible at the Spyder Grab game because their spyder is always a lot faster than mine xD

Are you trying to circle all the bugs? Thats what I was trying to do at first, but if you look at the top, it shows a particular kind of bug you should be trying to circle. So just circle THOSE bugs. When they are all gone, the bug you need to catch is changed, so glance back up, and get back to looping!

On the bright side, codestone prices are dropping like, er, stones.

Mind, that will probably be offset to some degree by increased training, but I have a feeling they'll steady out soon at something far more reasonable then they have been. That likely won't happen until keyquest's bugs are all worked out though, and its out of beta.
