the only good thing is we might be able to jump up a spot and take 168th since we're tied in population.

Knocked Unemployment down to 1% Crime and Pollution still at 1%

Took care of pollution, crime and unemployment are at 1% though.

I'm guessing building that factory got the pollution up. So I guess we should handle unemployment first before handling pollution. Then crime's after that.

I added police, but the percentages are still the same. People need to stop adding to population for a while!
