Dude's hard.

500 Difficulty
Freezes
At the end of battle, he zaps you with "Rancid Battle Dung," which gives your pet Watery Eyes.

Not a nice guy at all.

To get him as a challenger, have Slug Flakes (not Slorg Flakes) in your inventory, and refresh the "Go Away!" popup in Maraqua.

I had the flakes only took me 2 or 3 refreshes I'm not even going to try to fight him yet maybe i'll wait till I can get caught up on the defenders of neopia.

I think we should start a Slug flake loaning thing, so people who don't have Slug Flakes of their own can still get this challanger. Not that it really affects me, as I am way too weak to fight him, and I still haven't been able to unlock the Pant Devil... :(

I believe the price has deflated a bit. It should be affordable to anyone at this point. Keep in mind you will still have the item after getting the challenger. ;)

last time I checked 1800 NPs wasn't a lot of money for you millionairs or really anyone for that matter

Good thing then I bought mine for super cheap compared to 90k, I got mine for 2k then turned around after getting the challenger and sold them for 2500.
