Yeah, according to those symbols, it looks like you need the following codestones to enter:

Vux Codestone, Kew Codestone, Sho Codestone, Zed Codestone

Considering Red Codestone prices just about doubled... that's not a bad idea.

You have to be level 250 to enter the secret ninja school... which makes sense considering you can only use the Mystery Island one up to level 250.

Check out the front page of IDB -- pics of all the items from the new shop are there.

According to people on the IDB forums, the training levels are:

Intermediate 250 1 codestones 4 hours
Adept 300 2 codestones 6 hours
Advanced 400 3 codestones 8 hours
Expert 500 4 codestones 10 hours
Master 600 5 codestones 12 hours
Grand Master 750 and above 6 codestones 12 hours
