I logged out of my account a while ago, cleared all my cookies, and then logged into my guild shop acct. All was fine. Then I logged out of the guild acct., cleared my cookies, and relogged back into my main account. My active pet that was shown on the password page had changed from a Yellow Lenny to a Blue Shoyru. Now this is weirding me out. I haven't taken him to the lab today, so he couldn't have changed species from the lab ray. What is happening??? Nothing is missing from my account, but I've changed my password to be safe...

Species? Hm, that is odd... color we could blame to Random Event, but species? o.o That is really, really strange...

I don't know what to do. Try submitting a bug report, maybe?

The weird thing is my Yellow Lenny has *always* been a Yellow Lenny. I created him for the avatar a few weeks ago, and the Lab Ray hasn't ever changed his color or species, just his stats. I'm going to file a bug report, but I sure hope this doesn't happen to my other pets. They're all painted nicely, especially my Maraquan Meerca.

Maybe someone else logged into your account and used the lab ray, which changed his species?

Well, I just went to the Lab Ray and zapped him, so nobody had accessed my account and gone to the Lab today. I want to file a Bug Report, but TNT has made it just about impossible to decide which category to file this under. I liked the format of their previous Bug Report forms much better.

It came with the changing of species, I believe.

And the game causing the change doesn't really make sense... Especially a sponser game.

I don't know, it is really, really confusing.

Nope, I haven't played the new Dragon game yet. I think this is a major glitch of some sort. I was just checking the Help Neoboards, and there seem to be a lot of strange glitches that are beginning to affect people tonight....

Maybe it is a new type of random event that they have going around the site, and you just didn't see it? That's pretty much the only explanation I can think of that makes any sense.

I thought at first that it was a new Random Event, but I'm pretty sure that my pet was a Yellow Lenny when I logged off. Then when I logged back in, he had turned into a Blue Shoyru on the login page. And I don't think we can get RE's on the login page.

On another note, I sent in a Bug Report. TNT's autobots seem to have routed it to the "I Lost My Password" page. They emailed me my password and user info. The Bug Report didn't have anything to do with passwords. Oh, well....

You certainly can get RE's on the login page. My Plushie Koug turned Blue when I logged in one day, and she was Plushie when I logged out earlier that day. And I normally keep her delighted, I just slipped up :-/ BUT I didn't see the RE, and I suspect they don't actually appear on the login page, they just sort of 'happen'.

I've had that bizarro invisible RE where a pet mysteriously turns Baby with no visit from Boochi. Heard of that happening to a lot of people, but never a species change.

Didn't Neo say they had added a bunch of new RE's?

maybe one of them IS a species change...which would NOT be good thing...
