And then she left taking the bottle with her. Is this a glitch or does she always take the bottle? she shouldn't take the bottle if she can't bless me with it.

I guess you don't raise the level of abilities by starting over after you have been blessed with the highest ability. How do you raise their abilities?

Yeah, the bottle always disappears. As far as I know, I think there is a space on the Wheel of Excitement that raises a random ability and something else. I can't remember what the other thing that could raise it was, though.

Has there been an use implemented for the levels in abilities yet?

Nope.
They do nothing currently.
Jasujo, the levels are raised by the WoE or Radioactive Neggs.

Chipper- Your pet must be a certain level to get each ability. Check IDB.
