It was actually released in December and was connected to the Hannah and the Ice Caves plot.

I've never seen that one before but I got a random event once while it was only released which was the shop one where it increased it's size I got it like 1 week after the day it got released and it was really good it saved me 800 nps or something :)

Never had it, though I don't think it does.

Well, seeing as the the Ta Kutep thing was in the Ice Caves plot, it would make sense that the random event started appearing during that time.

not sure I think you should post this in the lost desert plot topic and see lots of people post there and you'll find your answer quickly I haven't had a random event in ages oh that reminds me I found a bri codestone the other day and didn't check my till :)

No, it doesn't. I have had that one get me a few times already. But, I must say, the first time I saw it, I got a little freaked by it. Wondering just what the heck it was going to mess up in my Neo life. Luckily, it did nothing.

It's like a useless Random Event. I got it many time and most of them i will just laugh. btw, that picture is sorta of a burnt mark on Hannah's arm incase your wondering. She got that during the plot. :D
