for some reason i'm having problems with premium!

All the adverts are coming up on neo?

is anyone else having problems? Or know what i can do?

Hmm, it sounds like whatever payment method you're using needs to be updated. Like, if you're using a credit card look at the expiration date on the card. You need to go to your portal admin page and update that information.

Or you can call the premium support and see what they have to say. I do know that some people using paypal are having problems right now. Whether that's on the premium side or paypal's side I don't know.

i use paypal! the only thing with giving them a ring, is that i live in the uk and dont pay my phone bill, the rents do!

You can e-mail techsupport@neomail.com fpr any problems regarding Neopets Premium. You can also go to the User Admin area from your Portal (https://premium.neopets.com/user/admin) and at the bottom there is a link to live chat. I think that might be the fastest way to take care of a problem with Premium.
