Does neopets have pop-ups from http://www.winfixer.com/pages/scanner/?ed=15&aid=(random%20letters%20and%20numbers)&lid=neopets.com

Or is my computer infected with spyware or will I have to use my popup blocker on neopets?

no idea, I get those once in a while I scan away and dont find anything on my pc at all though.. its mind boggling even my firefox wont block it for some reason

Winfixer is a trojan. There is a thread on another forums on how to remove it.

Sometimes ads will have code for what I like to call 'helper popups,' so if you block the ad you won't get the popup.

However, a trojan is obviously not something you want. If you first got it while browsing Neopets, try to get a screenshot of the ad and send it to whoever deals with bad ads (support?). Despite its nature it may have came from there first.
