I find that some of the shops I usually hang out at are not restocking even after Food restocks. :x

There's been a few days lately when it rses in waves for a few hours around 8am-11am NST (I just remember it's in the morning when I usualy rs, and I hate it :P) But it always eventually goes back to normal
