I have a theory that it shows up at the bottom of the page because you need the petpet as well for the avatar.

If it was only the pet, then the event would be at the top.

So to get this av, you need to lookup up a Halloween Mynci with a spooky petpet.

Weird how the SHH was on the bottom under the petpet instead of the top
